How to order

When you select any item, please click on the “Add to cart” button. To purchase more than one of any item, enter the number in the “Qty” box then click update to see a new total cost. You can continue shopping by selecting the “Continue Shopping” button, or you can complete your order by selecting the “proceed to checkout” button. Follow the checkout process. Once you have completed payment procedure an order number will be displayed, and a receipt will be emailed to the email address you provide.

From time to time Baku offers promotion discounts. The discounts online will be shown in the form of a coupon number next to the item offered. If you select this item please enter the coupon number during the check out process and CLICK UPDATE to show the discounted value..


Please note that payment is automatic; if your payment is declined you will be notified immediately

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email to advise your order has been shipped

Postage & Delivery

Within Australia

We aim to process orders within 3 to 5 days on weekdays; no items are processed on weekends. Please note that we DO NOT deliver to Post Office boxes. As we use Courier companies that deliver during working hours and require a signature, we suggest you use a work address.

Please note that shipping can be delayed due to Public Holidays and particularly the Christmas New Year period.

International Orders

For International orders your postage fee will vary according to the country of delivery. We will advise you of the exact invoice amount after we have received a completed order form and completed payment formalities.

Our parcels are dispatched via major freight companies such as DHL, FEDEX or UPS. We DO NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes. For orders outside of Australia please allow for up to 20 working days. On occasion, some shipments may take longer than 20 business days. This will depend on the postal services in your local area.


All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas import duties and other charges you may incur.


Please note, BAKU must comply with Australia export regulation and we are required by law to declare the exact value of all items order and mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from making order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unused within seven days. We will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.

• You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department before sending item back. Please call customer support: +61-2-92802390 between 9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday or email to customer-services@baku.com.au or fax us on +61-2-92802391 to obtain RMA number.

BAKU will gladly refund your purchase if the product is faulty.

BAKU will gladly exchange your purchase if you change your mind or because of a wrong size.

 

Return/Exchange of product for change of mind:

Refunds & Exchanges are accepted for change of mind within 7days.
Product for change of mind must be in original condition of purchase: Unworn and still in the original packaging.

Return of Faulty Product:

You can return a faulty product to any of BAKU stores by taking in your product and receipt for a full refund, exchange for the same style, or exchange for another product.

If you wish to return the product via our online store, please fill out the Returns/Exchanges form; and send the form and the item back to us by registered mail.
BAKU will process your return within 48 hours of receiving goods (during business hours, see Shipping & Delivery)

We will cover the cost of returns of faulty stock within our 3 months manufacturing warranty period. We will endeavour to replace you with a replacement or provide you with a refund. However, the original postage fee (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount

• Due to health regulations, pierced earrings cannot be exchange or refund except when it’s faulty.

• Pack the unsuitable items back in their original packaging. Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited.

• The refund will be PROCESSED BACK to your credit card within 5-10 days after we received the returns.

• All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original BAKU receipt.

 

Order Cancellations

You can change and cancel your order while you are shopping online; simply remove it from “Shopping cart”. Once we have sent you an order confirmation you cannot cancel your order..
